Bec Belofsky Shuer is a graduate of Smith College, where she studied psychology and gained an interest in identity and narrative development. She is a certified Wellness Recovery Action Plan facilitator. Prior to co-founding MSC, she provided services to children and families touched by autism spectrum disorder.
Bec is an outspoken peer support advocate and educator, sharing her perspectives in print and on television, including Voice of America, Everyday Health, and Late Night with Tony Delroy in Sydney, Australia.
She has addressed audiences around the globe, inspiring hope and giving strength to individuals and communities alike.
