Support for individuals and families struggling with clutter:
Are you a "Finder/Keeper" looking for individual support? Are you a friend, family member, or service provider looking for support? We're here to help!
Mutual Support Consulting offers private-pay services for people who are looking for a more individualized support experience.
Lee is available to work directly with people who are working to overcome their personal clutter challenges. He is happy to arrange for single or multiple in-home visits. He can tutor, mentor, motivate, and relate as both a peer and professional. Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and unsure of how to proceed? In need of skills that can help you to reduce acquiring, increase discarding, and make and maintain a safe and comfortable living space? Contact Lee to schedule in-home, phone, or Skype support.
Bec's experience of maintaining her own wellness while supporting Lee's recovery makes her an excellent connection for those who are supporting other people's recovery. Marriage on the rocks? Personal identity lost in someone else's clutter? Frustrated? Bec is here to help.
We have spoken across the United States and Australia, engaging diverse audiences in a tireless effort to reduce the stigma that people in mental health recovery face every day, as well as facilitating a dialogue that empowers communities to pursue wellness and recovery for all!
Through keynote speeches and workshops we have shared laughter, tears, and every emotion in-between. Recovery is not only possible, it is probable when communities and individuals rally around a vision of unity and compassion.
Whether you are in recovery yourself, or are supporting others on their journey to wellness, you are not alone. Nothing reinforces this message like hundreds of people all gathered in one place to support each other.
Is your organization looking to develop programs to help people work on their clutter? We offer several workshops/trainings that are tailored to meet these needs, as well as your budget:

Advocacy for people receiving mental health services:
Lee worked for a public mental health and human services agency from 2000-2015 before helping to launch Mutual Support Consulting. In addition to the many other duties that filled his days, he was a Human Rights Officer and Peer Advocate. Sometimes the support you need from an agency is just one conversation away, but it can feel really overwhelming! Lee would be honored to advocate with you, so that your voice will be heard.
