Mary Ellen Copeland is an internationally acclaimed author, educator, and mental health advocate. She initially practiced WRAP® to help with her own struggles with mental health challenges. In 1997, Mary Ellen began to share WRAP® with other people who were struggling with a wide range of emotional, physical, and mental health challenges.
WRAP for Reducing Clutter, which I adapted from the original WRAP, applies this approach for people who struggle with clutter. In the group, people create tools and action plans to help with the emotional and physical demands of reducing clutter. Participants also find release from stigma and shame, and will use words that directly relate to their experience, such as Finding and Keeping, instead of hoarding.
WRAP for Reducing Clutter appears in Mary Ellen Copeland's latest publication,WRAP for Life.
